How it Works

We're available to fix all types of website issues, including performance, error messages, broken functionality and missing images. We have a programming staff to even fix web applications (or rewrite them).

    Submit Request

    The first step is to submit a request with a detail description of the issue. We'll take a look and give you a free estimate. For more complex issues, we'll need to access the server to look under the hood.

    Recieve a Quote

    You'll receive a quote to fix the issue. Providing server access is optional, but we'll be able to provide a more accurate quote. Server access may be required for more complex tasks.

    Submit Payment

    Before we start, you'll receive an invoice, which needs to be paid prior to changes/fixes being completed. 

  • 4

    Fixes Completed

    We'll start fixing the issue within 24 hours. We'll let you know the estimated time to complete the task and let you know when it's completed.
